Ketogenní dieta

Zdravím, chtěl bych se zeptat jaké kdo máte zkušenosti s ketogenní dietou? Zatím potřebuju jenom co nejvíce zhubnout jelikož mám obezitu 1.stupně. JSem na této dietě asi 10 dní. Zpočátku jsem shodil asi 3kg což je nejspíš voda, ale od té doby nic. Při váze 108kg mám příjem do 2000kcal. Sacharidy mám do 20g. V různé denní době se měřím diaphanem a v ketóze jsem stále. Dokonce jsem se vzdal kofeinu o kterém jsem se dočetl že ketózu narušuje. Ale prostě 108,3kg vidím na váze už týden.

Ahoj, ketogenni dietu jsem zkoušel, zhubnul jsem, ale v konečném důsledku to není zrovna ta nejúspěšnější (a nejšetrnější) dieta, která existuje.

Pokud jsi na stejné váze již celý týden a jsi stále v ketóze, tak je opravdu něco špatně. Ale než se snažit zkoušet, co na tebe bude fungovat, doporučuji spíše změnit přístup k hubnutí, tj. buď úprava jídelníčku nebo např. sacharidové vlny...
